2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive, by e-mail, a tracking number that allows you to track your package online. Please also check your junk mail folder, as our emails may sometimes end up there. It can take a few business days for the track & trace system to become active.

3. I still haven’t received my package.

We’re sorry this has happened. Have you checked the tracking code? Sometimes packages can be held up at customs. We apologize for the inconvenience, but in most cases, the package is still delivered. Please contact us and we will assist you in tracking your order and solving the issue.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?
